The making of The Feels Project. This project utilises collective perspectives to bring clarity and support to teenagers by allowing them to reflect on their experiences and emotions. We should be curious about how we feel and why, and about how others around us feel. In our mental heath epidemic, it is of great value to connect with ourselves and each other at a deeper level.
I went and checked out a book art exhibition ‘Between the Sheets’.
It was extremely inspiring for my project as I love the raw and natural forms and how they contribute to create emotion through things such as texture, serrated edges, collage, fold outs, dying, etc.
